Prior to B3 being formally established, our Director team worked predominantly in the main contracting environment. However, as the recession hit and work started to dry up, we noted that one sector that didn’t seem overly affected was that of the domestic building market. Working with a number of local firms, we quickly established ourselves as a service provider to them and proved to be a great way of winning profitable work, and establishing bidding systems.
We’re very much aware that small builders have numerous tenders passed to them on a weekly basis, and for that reason don’t want to spend hundreds of pounds bidding each scheme. For that reason, we’ve established a cost-effective way of pricing work for these domestic builders.
We look at each project fee on a job by job basis, as often the amount of information varies which does affect what goes into each tender, but we believe our service to be highly affordable and a great way for domestic builders to tender more work without paying a huge price. Please be advised that each tender is prepared as a stand-alone project and we don’t use generic software that doesn’t look at a local conditions and market rates.
